The most important statement in scripture is the revelation of God’s name.
성경에서 가장 중요한 진술은 하나님의 이름의 계시입니다.
When Moses asked, “If I go to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?”
모세가 물었을 때, “만일 내가 이스라엘 자손에게 가서 그들에게 이르기를 ‘너희 조상의 하나님이 나를 너희에게 보내셨다’ 하면 그들이 내게 묻기를 ‘그의 이름이 무엇이냐’ 하리니 내가 무엇이라고 그들에게 말하리이까?”
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”
하나님께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다. “나는 스스로 있는 자니라.” 그리고 그가 말씀하셨습니다. “이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르기를 ‘스스로 있는 자가 나를 너희에게 보내셨다’ 하라.”
This is God’s name forever.
이것이 영원한 하나님의 이름입니다.
By this name he shall be remembered throughout all generations.
이 이름으로 그는 모든 세대에 걸쳐 기억될 것입니다.
And besides him there is no other God.
그리고 그 외에는 다른 하나님이 없습니다.
Now, who is this I AM?
자, 이 ‘나는 존재한다(I AM)’는 누구입니까?
He is your own wonderful human imagination!
그는 여러분 자신의 놀라운 인간 상상력입니다!
When you say, “I am,” you are proclaiming the name of God.
여러분이 “나는 존재한다”고 말할 때, 여러분은 하나님의 이름을 선포하고 있는 것입니다.
You are declaring your own divinity.
여러분은 자신의 신성을 선언하고 있는 것입니다.
There is only one Lord, one God, one I AM.
오직 하나의 주, 하나의 하나님, 하나의 ‘나는 존재한다(I AM)’만이 있습니다.
And that I AM is in you, as your very own wonderful human imagination.
그리고 그 ‘나는 존재한다(I AM)’는 여러분 자신의 놀라운 인간 상상력으로서 여러분 안에 있습니다.
This is the great secret.
이것이 위대한 비밀입니다.
This is the truth that will set you free.
이것이 여러분을 자유롭게 할 진리입니다.
