The Old Testament calls upon God to awake, saying: “Rouse thyself! Why sleepest thou, O Lord? Awake! Do not cast us off forever!” Having hurled Himself into time/space, God is dreaming he is man and sees Himself as enslaved and cast off.
구약성서는 하나님께 깨어나라고 부르짖습니다. “일어나소서! 주여, 어찌하여 주무시나이까? 깨어나소서! 우리를 영원히 버리지 마옵소서!” 시간과 공간 속으로 자신을 던지신 하나님은 자신이 인간이라고 꿈꾸며, 스스로를 노예가 되고 버려진 존재로 보십니다.
But in the New Testament, God succeeds in awakening in man, and in the Book of Ephesians calls upon man to “Awake and rise from the dead and Christ will give you life.” Tonight I will take the two and try to show you who this presence really is.
그러나 신약성서에서 하나님은 인간 안에서 깨어나는 데 성공하시고, 에베소서에서는 인간에게 “죽은 자들 가운데서 깨어나 일어나라. 그리하면 그리스도께서 네게 생명을 주시리라”고 부르십니다. 오늘 밤 저는 이 두 가지를 가지고 이 존재가 진정 누구인지 여러분에게 보여드리고자 합니다.
Your own wonderful human imagination is God.
여러분 자신의 경이로운 인간 상상력이 바로 하나님입니다.
It is your imagination who is calling upon you to awake, for you are all imagination and God is you and you in Him.
여러분을 깨우라고 부르는 것은 바로 여러분의 상상력입니다. 왜냐하면 여러분 모두가 상상력이며, 하나님은 여러분이고 여러분은 그분 안에 있기 때문입니다.
Your external body is the imagination, and that is God Himself.
여러분의 외적인 몸은 상상력이며, 그것이 바로 하나님 자신입니다.
Let me begin by telling you what happened to me last Tuesday morning.
지난 화요일 아침 제게 일어났던 일부터 말씀드리겠습니다.
Early in the morning, desiring to check the time I switched on the television to the “Today Show.” Hugh Downs, the master of ceremonies, having been giving a cue to ad-lib for the next thirty seconds or so, said: “Let me tell you of a dream I once had. In the dream I was viewing a tape of one of my shows, when I said to the producer: ‘Do you know, I don’t remember having seen any of these people,’ and the producer replied: ‘That’s understandable, for this show is to be taped next Friday.’ When the following Friday arrived, the show I had dreamed of only a few days before was taped.”

In his dream, Hugh Downs merged with the future and lived an experience he did not remember.
그의 꿈속에서 휴 다운스는 미래와 합쳐져 자신이 기억하지 못하는 경험을 했습니다.
Now, let me tell you [of] one who merged with the past and lived an experience of long ago.
이제, 과거와 합쳐져 오래전의 경험을 한 사람에 대해 말씀드리겠습니다.
The lady writes: “I am seventy-two years old. In my dream I am a ten-year-old girl, asking my father to write in my autograph book. Having memorised a verse I wanted him to write, I dedicated it to him as he recorded it in my book. Then the dream ended.”
그 부인은 이렇게 썼습니다. “저는 일흔두 살입니다. 꿈속에서 저는 열 살짜리 소녀가 되어 아버지께 제 사인첩에 글을 써 달라고 부탁하고 있었어요. 아버지께서 써주시길 바라는 구절을 외워서, 아버지께서 제 책에 적어주실 때 그분께 헌정했습니다. 그리고 꿈이 끝났어요.”
Although I could not remember the poem prior to the dream, upon awakening I recalled every word in detail.
꿈을 꾸기 전에는 그 시를 기억할 수 없었지만, 깨어난 후에는 모든 단어를 자세히 기억해냈습니다.
A few days later, while visiting my daughter I told her of the dream; and when I recited the poem my daughter went to her library and – removing an old autograph book I had given her many years before – turned to the page where the verse was autographed by my third grade teacher.”
며칠 후, 딸을 방문했을 때 그 꿈에 대해 이야기했습니다. 그리고 제가 그 시를 낭송하자 딸은 서재로 가서 제가 여러 해 전에 주었던 낡은 사인첩을 꺼내, 제 3학년 선생님이 사인한 구절이 있는 페이지를 펼쳤습니다.”
Returning sixty-two years, this lady merged with a fact and remembered an experience of long ago.
62년을 거슬러 올라가, 이 부인은 한 사실과 합쳐져 오래전의 경험을 기억해냈습니다.
Then she told me of a little boy of four, who – living next door – comes to see her often.
그리고 그녀는 옆집에 사는 네 살배기 남자아이에 대해 말해주었는데, 그 아이는 그녀를 자주 보러 옵니다.
One day he told her he had always known her and that there would never be a time when they did not know each other.
어느 날 그는 그녀에게 항상 그녀를 알고 있었으며, 서로를 알지 못하는 시간은 결코 없을 것이라고 말했습니다.
Describing an incident of long ago, he looked out of the window and said: “Do you see that bush? As many leaves as are on that bush are the years, and I will know you when my head grows and reaches the sky.”
오래전의 한 사건을 묘사하며, 그는 창밖을 내다보며 말했습니다. “저 덤불이 보여요? 저 덤불에 있는 잎사귀만큼 많은 세월이 흐르고, 제 머리가 자라서 하늘에 닿을 때 저는 당신을 알게 될 거예요.”
Then one day he told her he had a dream that everything was nothing.
그리고 어느 날 그는 모든 것이 아무것도 아니라는 꿈을 꾸었다고 그녀에게 말했습니다.
Modern man now concludes that the entire history of the world is laid out, and we only become aware of increasing portions of it successively.
현대인은 이제 세계의 전체 역사가 펼쳐져 있으며, 우리는 단지 그중 점점 더 많은 부분을 연속적으로 인식하게 될 뿐이라고 결론 내립니다.
That you can merge with a section of the beginning or future relative to this moment, and experience that portion of history.
여러분이 이 순간을 기준으로 시작이나 미래의 한 부분과 합쳐져 그 역사의 부분을 경험할 수 있다는 것입니다.
How can that be? Because you are now merged with a dream.
어떻게 그럴 수 있을까요? 왜냐하면 여러분은 지금 꿈과 합쳐져 있기 때문입니다.
Awakening in the morning, you think you had a wonderful dream last night; yet while you were dreaming, the experience was a reality.
아침에 깨어나면, 어젯밤 멋진 꿈을 꾸었다고 생각합니다. 그러나 꿈을 꾸는 동안에는 그 경험이 현실이었습니다.
Awake, the dream becomes subjective. Why? Because you have once more merged with this section of time.
깨어나면 꿈은 주관적인 것이 됩니다. 왜일까요? 여러분이 다시 한번 이 시간의 부분과 합쳐졌기 때문입니다.
While you are experiencing the dream, it is objective and real.
여러분이 꿈을 경험하는 동안에는 그것은 객관적이고 현실적입니다.
If you would only realise that the depth of your own being (which is your human imagination) is trying to instruct you, trying to persuade you, to get you aroused, as my friend’s dream of the other night.
여러분이 자신의 존재의 깊이(여러분의 인간 상상력)가 여러분을 가르치려 하고, 설득하려 하며, 자극하려 한다는 것을 깨닫기만 한다면, 마치 제 친구가 며칠 전 밤에 꾼 꿈처럼 말입니다.
Starting from the center God is working towards the surface, so it takes a while for Him to awaken and reach your surface mind.
중심에서 시작하여 하나님은 표면을 향해 일하고 계시므로, 그분이 깨어나 여러분의 표면 의식에 도달하는 데는 시간이 걸립니다.
But while he is moving He is influencing your surface mind, and when He arrives you and He are no longer two, but one!
그러나 그분이 움직이는 동안 그분은 여러분의 표면 의식에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 그분이 도착하면 여러분과 그분은 더 이상 둘이 아니라 하나입니다!
You can tell when He is moving toward the surface, for He begins to question the reality of the world in which he lives.
그분이 표면을 향해 움직이고 있을 때를 알 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 그분은 자신이 살고 있는 세상의 현실에 의문을 품기 시작하기 때문입니다.
If a lady can return and so merge with the past that she can relive an experience of long ago in detail, and a man can advance into the future and interview those who will be taped the following Friday – where is the experience of the past and where is next Friday’s show?
만약 한 부인이 과거로 돌아가 오래전의 경험을 자세히 다시 체험할 수 있을 정도로 과거와 합쳐질 수 있고, 한 남자가 미래로 나아가 다음 금요일에 녹화될 사람들을 인터뷰할 수 있다면, 과거의 경험은 어디에 있으며 다음 금요일의 쇼는 어디에 있는 것일까요?
Is everything already finished and we simply tune in on certain states? Yes, for this is a dream which you can modify or radically change.
모든 것이 이미 끝나 있고 우리는 단지 특정 상태에 주파수를 맞추는 것일까요? 그렇습니다. 왜냐하면 이것은 여러분이 수정하거나 근본적으로 바꿀 수 있는 꿈이기 때문입니다.
In fact you are called upon to revise every day of your life and sometimes even to eradicate it.
사실 여러분은 삶의 매일을 수정하고 때로는 심지어 그것을 없애도록 부름 받았습니다.
This is a world of death and everyone here is dead, dreaming the dream of life.
이곳은 죽음의 세계이며 여기 있는 모든 사람은 죽어서 삶의 꿈을 꾸고 있습니다.
In the beginning we all agreed to dream in concert and no one has ever violated that agreement.
태초에 우리 모두는 함께 꿈을 꾸기로 동의했고 아무도 그 동의를 어기지 않았습니다.
There are those, however, who would not agree to this cruel experiment, as told us in the 15th chapter of the Gospel of Luke in the form of the parable of the prodigal son.
그러나 누가복음 15장에 탕자의 비유 형태로 우리에게 알려진 것처럼, 이 잔인한 실험에 동의하지 않는 사람들도 있습니다.
All through scripture you are told that God loves the second son. He loves Jacob and hates Esau. He loves Isaac and banishes Ishmael.
성경 전체를 통해 여러분은 하나님이 둘째 아들을 사랑하신다는 말을 듣습니다. 그분은 야곱을 사랑하고 에서를 미워하십니다. 그분은 이삭을 사랑하고 이스마엘을 추방하십니다.
The second son – he who enters the world of death to become a slave, hungers, awakens, and – coming to his senses – remembers the Father who gave him birth.
둘째 아들, 즉 노예가 되기 위해 죽음의 세계로 들어가 굶주리고, 깨어나, 정신을 차리고 자신을 낳아준 아버지를 기억하는 자입니다.
And when he returns the Father gives him the ring, the robe, and kills that fatted calf, for “Your brother was dead and is alive. He was lost and is found.”
그리고 그가 돌아오자 아버지는 그에게 반지와 예복을 주고 살진 송아지를 잡습니다. 왜냐하면 “네 동생은 죽었다가 살아났으며, 잃었다가 찾았느니라” 때문입니다.
You and I, while living in this world of death are that second son, destined to awaken and remember the Father who gave us birth.
여러분과 저는 이 죽음의 세계에 사는 동안 그 둘째 아들이며, 깨어나 우리를 낳아주신 아버지를 기억할 운명입니다.
Now let me share a vision of a lady.
이제 한 부인의 환상을 나누겠습니다.
She said: “While gazing at the fish in our pond and thinking of nothing in particular I heard a masculine voice say: ‘You have run the race. You have fought the good fight.’ That night as I fell asleep I heard the voice again, but this time the pronoun was changed to: ‘I have run the race. I have fought the good fight. I have kept the faith.’ “
그녀는 말했습니다. “우리 연못의 물고기를 바라보며 특별히 아무 생각도 하지 않고 있을 때, 한 남성적인 목소리가 말하는 것을 들었어요. ‘너는 경주를 마쳤다. 너는 선한 싸움을 싸웠다.’ 그날 밤 잠이 들 때 다시 그 목소리를 들었는데, 이번에는 대명사가 바뀌어 이렇게 말했습니다. ‘나는 경주를 마쳤다. 나는 선한 싸움을 싸웠다. 나는 믿음을 지켰다.'”
May I tell you: having had that experience, this lady is at the end of the journey.
말씀드려도 될까요. 그 경험을 한 이 부인은 여정의 끝에 있습니다.
She has kept the faith made in the beginning.
그녀는 태초에 맺은 믿음을 지켰습니다.
Listen to these words: “Among you stands one whom you do not know.”
이 말씀을 들어보십시오. “너희 가운데 너희가 알지 못하는 이가 서 있느니라.”
The word translated “among” is “en” meaning “radiating from within.”
“가운데”로 번역된 단어는 “엔(en)”으로 “내면에서 발산되는”이라는 뜻입니다.
So, radiating from within you, stands one whom you do not know.
그러므로, 여러분 내면에서 발산되어, 여러분이 알지 못하는 이가 서 있습니다.
And the word translated “stands” means “a covenant.”
그리고 “서 있다”로 번역된 단어는 “언약”을 의미합니다.
from within you is the covenant you made with yourself, which is: you will keep the faith, and you will not turn until the race is finished.
여러분 내면으로부터 여러분이 자신과 맺은 언약이 있으니, 그것은 여러분이 믿음을 지키고 경주가 끝날 때까지 돌아서지 않으리라는 것입니다.
And what a race it has been!
그리고 얼마나 대단한 경주였는지요!
We suffer because we are sharing in creation’s cruel dream.
우리는 창조의 잔인한 꿈에 참여하고 있기 때문에 고통받습니다.
In the beginning as the gods in scripture, we agreed to do it.
태초에 성경에 나오는 신들로서, 우리는 그렇게 하기로 동의했습니다.
As the Elohim we came down into the world of death by entering death’s door, the human skull.
엘로힘으로서 우리는 죽음의 문, 즉 인간의 두개골로 들어감으로써 죽음의 세계로 내려왔습니다.
Laying yourself down in the grave of man, you took upon yourself all of his limitations and weaknesses, and – although you will die from this section of time – there is no final death.
인간의 무덤에 자신을 눕히고, 여러분은 그의 모든 한계와 약점을 떠맡았으며, 비록 이 시간의 구역에서는 죽을지라도 최종적인 죽음은 없습니다.
You and I are heirs to the universe, destined to join that one being that is called the Lord.
여러분과 저는 우주의 상속자이며, 주님이라고 불리는 그 하나의 존재와 합류할 운명입니다.
There is not a thing you can imagine but what already is. Eternity exists.
여러분이 상상할 수 있는 것 중에 이미 존재하지 않는 것은 없습니다. 영원은 존재합니다.
When you imagine, you claim that which already exits by identifying yourself with the state you desire to dream into objective reality.
여러분이 상상할 때, 여러분은 객관적인 현실로 꿈꾸고 싶은 상태와 자신을 동일시함으로써 이미 존재하는 것을 주장합니다.
Just as the lady slipped into a section of her past and relived it as though it happened for the first time, you can slip into any section of time and live an event you desire to externalise here.
마치 그 부인이 과거의 한 부분으로 미끄러져 들어가 마치 처음 일어난 일처럼 그것을 다시 체험했듯이, 여러분도 시간의 어떤 부분으로든 미끄러져 들어가 이곳에서 외부화하고 싶은 사건을 살 수 있습니다.
We are dreaming the dream of life until we awake.
우리는 깨어날 때까지 삶의 꿈을 꾸고 있습니다.
So I say, advisedly: God – your own wonderful human imagination – dreams in you.
그래서 저는 신중하게 말합니다. 하나님, 즉 여러분 자신의 경이로운 인간 상상력이 여러분 안에서 꿈을 꾼다고.
The 44th Psalm is a Maskil of the Sons of Korah.
시편 44편은 고라 자손의 마스길입니다.
The word “Maskil” means “a special, very serious instruction.”
“마스길”이라는 단어는 “특별하고 매우 진지한 가르침”을 의미합니다.
The word “Korah” means “one who removes the hair on his head.” (Some of our priesthoods do that today to imply that they have divine instruction which others do not possess.)
“고라”라는 단어는 “머리카락을 제거하는 자”를 의미합니다. (오늘날 일부 성직자들은 다른 사람들이 소유하지 않은 신성한 가르침을 받았음을 암시하기 위해 그렇게 합니다.)
But the special instruction stated in the 44th Psalm is that which one gives to one’s self: “Rouse thyself! Why sleepest thou, O Lord? Awake! Do not cast us off forever!”
그러나 시편 44편에 언급된 특별한 가르침은 자신에게 주는 것입니다. “일어나소서! 주여, 어찌하여 주무시나이까? 깨어나소서! 우리를 영원히 버리지 마옵소서!”
Now listen to the words of Blake.

Claiming that the poem, “Jerusalem” was dictated by the brothers on high, he begins it in this manner:
“예루살렘”이라는 시가 높은 곳의 형제들에 의해 구술되었다고 주장하며, 그는 다음과 같이 시작합니다.
“Awake! Awake, O sleeper of the land of shadows, awake! Expand! I am in you and you in me, mutual in love divine: I am not a God afar off, I am a brother and friend; Within your bosoms I reside, and you reside in me: Lo! We are One; forgiving all Evil; Not seeking recompense!”

Then he tells us that you and I turned away down the valleys dark, by saying: “We are not One: we are Many.”
그리고 그는 여러분과 제가 어두운 골짜기로 돌아섰다고 말하며 이렇게 말합니다. “우리는 하나가 아니다. 우리는 여럿이다.”
God, speaking in this great poem, calls upon man to awake, saying: “I am not a God afar off. Within your bosoms I reside and you reside in me; Lo! We are One.”
이 위대한 시에서 말씀하시는 하나님은 인간에게 깨어나라고 부르시며 말씀하십니다. “나는 멀리 있는 하나님이 아니다. 네 가슴속에 내가 거하고 너는 내 안에 거하니, 보라! 우리는 하나이다.”
This I know from experience. Without loss of identity you and I are One being.
이것을 저는 경험으로 압니다. 정체성을 잃지 않고 여러분과 저는 하나의 존재입니다.
We are the brothers who collectively form the Lord. Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one compound unity… one made up of others.
우리는 집합적으로 주님을 형성하는 형제들입니다. 들으라 이스라엘아, 주 우리 하나님, 주님은 하나의 복합적인 통일체이시니… 다른 이들로 구성된 하나입니다.
There is only the one Lord, who is our own wonderful human imagination.
오직 한 분의 주님만이 계시며, 그분은 우리 자신의 경이로운 인간 상상력입니다.
It is He who is dreaming this world in which we find ourselves.
우리가 처한 이 세상을 꿈꾸고 계시는 분은 바로 그분입니다.
Now let me share with you a very precious experience of a gentleman who teaches at UCLA.
이제 UCLA에서 가르치시는 한 신사분의 매우 소중한 경험을 여러분과 나누겠습니다.
In his dream he encounters a teacher he has little or no respect for; but when he discovers the man to be the great examiner, his feelings change from apathy to warmth and respect.
꿈속에서 그는 거의 또는 전혀 존경하지 않는 선생님을 만납니다. 그러나 그 남자가 위대한 시험관임을 발견했을 때, 그의 감정은 무관심에서 따뜻함과 존경심으로 바뀝니다.
Suddenly the exam had begun, and my friend must write his name, the date, and the hour.
갑자기 시험이 시작되었고, 제 친구는 자신의 이름, 날짜, 시간을 적어야 했습니다.
As he recorded his name, Monday, and the time of 4:10, a thrill ran through him; and he heard a deep masculine voice say: “Not everyone who says ‘Lord, Lord’ enters in, but he who does the will of the Father who is in heaven.” (You will find this statement in the 7th chapter of the Book of Matthew).
그가 자신의 이름, 월요일, 그리고 시간 4시 10분을 기록하자, 전율이 그를 관통했습니다. 그리고 그는 깊은 남성적인 목소리가 말하는 것을 들었습니다. “‘주여, 주여’ 하는 자마다 다 들어가는 것이 아니요, 하늘에 계신 아버지의 뜻을 행하는 자라야 들어가리라.” (이 말씀은 마태복음 7장에서 찾을 수 있습니다).
When one begins to hear the words of the Father as recorded in scripture, that one is beginning to awaken from this dream of life.
성경에 기록된 아버지의 말씀을 듣기 시작할 때, 그 사람은 이 삶의 꿈에서 깨어나기 시작하는 것입니다.
In the 1st chapter of John, it is said that when Andrew found Jesus, he remained with him because it was the tenth hour.
요한복음 1장에서 안드레가 예수를 찾았을 때, 열 번째 시간이었기 때문에 그와 함께 머물렀다고 합니다.
A day is counted from 6:00 o’clock. Broken down into three four-hour watches of the day or night, 4:00 o’clock is always the tenth hour.
하루는 6시부터 계산됩니다. 낮이나 밤의 세 번의 네 시간짜리 경계로 나누면, 4시는 항상 열 번째 시간입니다.
Now, this is all symbolism. Ten does not mean 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, but that moment in time when the creative power of God is being explained.
자, 이것은 모두 상징입니다. 열은 오후 4시를 의미하는 것이 아니라, 하나님의 창조력이 설명되는 시간의 순간을 의미합니다.
The number ten whose letter “Yod” begins the name of God (YOD HE VAU HE) [pron. “YOD HEY VAV HEY”] carries the symbol of a hand, the creative hand of God.
하나님의 이름(요드 헤 바브 헤)을 시작하는 문자 “요드”를 가진 숫자 열은 손, 즉 하나님의 창조의 손이라는 상징을 지닙니다.
Man is separated from all other animals by reason of a hand.
인간은 손 때문에 다른 모든 동물과 구별됩니다.
That which looks like a hand in the monkey or ape can convey food to the mouth but it cannot fashion, make, or create.
원숭이나 유인원의 손처럼 보이는 것은 음식을 입으로 옮길 수는 있지만, 만들거나, 제작하거나, 창조할 수는 없습니다.
Give a man a hand and you have a creator. You have formed in the image of his Father who is God.
인간에게 손을 주면 창조자를 얻게 됩니다. 여러분은 하나님이신 그의 아버지의 형상대로 창조되었습니다.
So here in the tenth hour the creative power of God is being revealed to my friend.
그래서 여기 열 번째 시간에 하나님의 창조력이 제 친구에게 드러나고 있는 것입니다.
As the dream began, my friend saw the world he disliked symbolised as a person who became the great examiner to test his ability to overcome it – to modify or radically change it.
꿈이 시작되자, 제 친구는 자신이 싫어하는 세상이 한 사람으로 상징화되어, 그것을 극복하고, 수정하거나 근본적으로 바꿀 수 있는 그의 능력을 시험하는 위대한 시험관이 된 것을 보았습니다.
And the test began at 4:10.
그리고 시험은 4시 10분에 시작되었습니다.
Going over my notes, I recalled that last October, while in a dream at night, I was teaching, when I glanced at my wristwatch to discover it was 4:10 o’clock.
제 노트를 검토하다가, 지난 10월 밤 꿈속에서 제가 가르치고 있을 때 손목시계를 흘끗 보니 4시 10분이었다는 것을 기억해냈습니다.
Then I continued to explain the word of God for what appeared to be an hour or so, looked at my watch again only to find that it was still 4:10.
그러고 나서 약 한 시간 정도로 보이는 시간 동안 하나님의 말씀을 계속 설명했고, 다시 시계를 보았지만 여전히 4시 10분이었습니다.
Believing my watch had stopped, I awoke to discover it was not on my wrist, nor was it 4:10 in the morning.

Here is a vivid experience of a duplicate dream, and scripture tells us that if the dream repeats itself the thing is fixed, and the Lord will shortly bring it to pass.

Those who call upon themselves to awaken rather than call upon a god to awaken them.

So in the Old Testament, God is called upon to “Rouse thyself! Why sleepest thou, O Lord? Awake, O sleeper and rise from the dead.”

God is urged to awake in the Old Testament, because God became man that man may become God, while in the New Testament the plea is for man to awake.

As you test your creative power you will discover who you are.

All of these acts of scripture will come to you in audible form, and you will awaken to find yourself moving into complete fulfillment of the story of Jesus Christ.

God dreams in you and you can test him any time if you are alert, for He steals into your conscious mind least disguised in the form of creative fancy.

It’s a crude experiment, but the end is so glorious that one forgets the pain, as told us in the 8th chapter of the Book of Romans: “I consider the sufferings of this present time not worth comparing to the glory to be revealed in me.”

To no longer call upon God to awake but man, for man and God are one.

God became as you are that you can become as He is.

So no longer call upon a god in some remote place and time, but call upon self – the one and only creative power of the world.

Nothing can be created without creative power. But nothing!

If you start to imagine that things are [as] you desire them to be regardless of reason and your senses denial and lose yourself in that end just as though it were true, by feeling the thrill of accomplishment; and rest in confidence that it is done; and your desire projects itself on a screen of space so you can see it in your world – then you are the one they are talking about in scripture.

Do you not realise that Jesus Christ is in you? That’s what the apostle asks in the 13th chapter of 2 Corinthians.

Well, ask that of anyone in the world and if he is brutally honest with himself he will tell you he cannot know it until it has been experienced by him, yet here is the challenge: “Do you not realise that Jesus Christ is in you?”

So I tell you: the God that you formerly dreamed in you was your own wonderful human imagination.

Put him to the test. Conceive a scene implying the fulfillment of your desire and – to the best of your ability – merge with it.

If you succeed in moving right into the scene, do you know it will become objective before it is seen in this section of time?
